1200m swim, 30km bike, 8km run
Athletes must be 18 years or older to qualify for the SA Cross Triathlon Champs and need to have a valid TSA License. Amateur participants are also welcome to compete. This option is ideal for experienced competitors ready to push their limits across all three disciplines.

To be eligible for the SA Cross Triathlon Champs, participants must be between 16 and 18 years old and have a valid TSA License. Amateur participants need to be at least 16 years old. This distance strikes a balance between challenge and excitement, making it perfect for athletes stepping up from shorter races or improving their competitive skills.
