1200m swim, 30km bike, 8km run  

To be eligible for SA Cross Triathlon Champs you need to be 18 years or older. 

General participants need to be 18 years or older to participate. 

500m swim, 12km bike, 4km run  

To be eligible for SA Cross Triathlon Champs you need to be between the age of 16 - 18 years old.

General participants need to be 16 years or older to participate.

250m swim, 6km bike, 2km run
